ManyCards Terms of Use

In short. ManyCards is a flashcards app for iPhone and Apple Watch made by Emiliano Almada. By using it you accept these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The free version never expires. Premium is billed by Apple, renews automatically only if it is a subscription, and can be cancelled at any time.

1. Who makes ManyCards

ManyCards is developed by Emiliano Almada (ManyStudy family of apps). Contact: flashcardswidgets@gmail.com.

2. License (EULA)

ManyCards is distributed through the App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If anything on this page differs from that agreement, Apple's agreement prevails. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on the Apple devices linked to your account, under the App Store rules.

3. Free version and Premium

The free version includes up to 3 folders, unlimited cards, all widgets, Apple Watch and spaced repetition. It never expires.

Premium unlocks unlimited folders and the features marked as Premium inside the app. There are three options:

Premium Monthly: 1-month subscription that renews automatically.
Premium Yearly: 1-year subscription that renews automatically.
Premium Lifetime: one-time purchase, no renewal.

The exact price, in your currency, is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase and on the App Store. It may vary by country and taxes.

4. How subscriptions work

Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends, at the plan's current price.
You can view, change or cancel your subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid.
If the app offers a free trial, it is for new subscribers only. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you are charged the price of the chosen plan. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple's own conditions.

5. Your cards are yours

The cards, folders, photos and audio you create stay on your device and, if you turn it on, in your iCloud. We do not see or use them. You can export or delete them at any time. See the privacy policy for details.

6. Shared lists

If you share a list, anyone with the link can view it and open it in ManyCards. Share only content you have the right to share. Illegal, offensive, misleading content or content that infringes others' rights is not allowed. We may remove lists that break these rules.

7. Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, resell or distribute the app, attempt to bypass its limits or purchases, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Third-party services

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. The forecast in the weather widgets is provided by Apple Weather. Each is governed by its own terms and policies.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

ManyCards is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. Keep backups of your data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing here limits the rights given to you by the consumer protection laws of your country.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will announce it in the app or on this page before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
